ANNOTATION:
Citations Need More Explanation
I found this node quite interesting. The concept of "cybernetics" and its history as an idea has always been hard to get a handle on - I was quite disconcerted when I went to try to follow the trail that this small essay points to in its citations -- What does "cite{SFI,WOS88}" mean??? I would very much appreciate further explanation! All the same - nice to see some one give this challenging, but crucial subject a shot.
