In universe, from least action principle, negative action is pursued to be the largest. Similarly, society pursues the largest happiness, and researcher pursues the largest knowledge. If they have the same mathematical expressions, by replacing negative action with the corresponding pursued quantity, universe can be explained as the best system to pursue happiness and knowledge, representing perfect society and perfect research.
A system with one quantity pursued to be the largest is called pursuit system, the quantity is called pursued quantity.
Suppose there is nihility, and there is a perturbation d in nihility. If d is a group of quantities which forms a close tiny expanding system, like d(universe), the perturbation will grow with time. So nihility is unstable for the kind of perturbations that can expand themselves. After enough evolution, the largest existence will be the perturbation with the fastest expanding velocity. And the largest existence is called universe.
So I proposed Truth Evolutionism. Here is a review of success and problems to establish all truth on Truth Evolutionism:
(a) To ensure the existence of self-expanding perturbation, which is equivalent with whether a close system can expand forever, I proved that particles in universe will absorb energy from electromagnetic field and universe will expand forever if new photons are generated continuously, see http://unifytruth.20m.com/axioms.html. But I have not discovered the best mechanism for photon generating, which is strong and weak interaction.
(b) If self-expanding is possible, nihility will be unstable, see http://unifytruth.20m.com/existence.html. So systems can expand from perturbations in nihility. Perturbation freedom is the only hypothesis in Truth Evolutionism.
(c) I proposed that expanding speed(called advantage) is uniquely decided by mathematical expression of pursued quantity(called purpose) and basic laws(called methodology), irrelated with dimension and unit of pursued quantity. This is called universality of advantage. So if profit, knowledge and happiness have the same mathematical expression as negative action, they will have the same expanding speed when following the same methodology. If advantage not influenced by unit of pursued quantity, expanding speed will not change with scale of perturbations.
(d) Physicists have deduced many basic natural laws from largest negative action principle, so I proposed that all basic natural laws can be deduced if we find the precise expression of negative action. So all basic natural laws form the best methodology to pursue negative action. For a system with the same mathematical expression as negative action, basic natural laws will be its best methodology too.
Universe pursues one quantity the best unless one of its law can not be deduced from least action principle.
(e) If researchers try all possible mathematical expressions of pursued quantity, they can deduce the best methodology and expanding speed for each expression. Then there is expression(s) with the largest expanding velocity, called "perfect expression". The system with perfect expression and best methodology for the expression is called "perfect pursuit system".
I proposed that the expression for negative action is "perfect expression". So all perfect pursuit systems ought to have the same mathematical expression as negative action. Together with (d), the universe is a perfect pursuit system.
(f) In a complete mathematical theory about science of pursuit, all truths between mathematical expression, methodology and advantage can be deduced from perturbations in nihility.
I proposed some axioms about "relation between methodology and advantage", "relation between expression and advantage", they ought to be theorems if the task is fulfilled.
(g) It is very difficult to fulfil task (e)--to try all possible expressions, and the "perfect expression" has great theoretical and application value, so It is the most important task to find the precise mathematical expression for universe, the believed "perfect expression".
Now, the main problem is to find the correct way to calculate negative action for strong and weak interaction. I also have not translated quantum mechanics into science of pursuit yet.
